guaranteed call back within 30 minutes-at omega we understand the frustration of wondering when the service technician is going to be there after you’ve placed a service call. we guarantee that the service technician assigned to your account will call you within 30 minutes of you placing the service call to let you know what time frame you can expect to see him.

guaranteed 4 hr response time on service calls-we have more technicians per machine under service contract than any other company in the area. our average response time is 2.5. our guarantee is 4 hours.

factory authorized service technicians- we guarantee that any technician working on your copier has been professionaly trained on that copier system.

free loaner policy-if your copier goes down and we can’t repair it in a 24 hr period, we will bring you a loaner copier of equal or greater size to use until your copier is repaired.

obsolesence guarantee-you can upgrade your copier and get 100% of what you paid for your system toward a new system for the first full year, 75% trade in value the second year, 50% for the third year

quality protection-if your copier does not perform to manufacturer specifications, omega office systems will replace it at no charge.
